Transport will be largely up to you during your stay. Workshops will be set up within walking distance of the Royal Tahitian, but it'll be important to arrange transportation to get around the island. Tahiti does have a bus system, though reliability can be an issue, so your best bet will be to rent a vehicle. Luckily, Tahiti has plenty of options in that regard! Car rentals are quite affordable by western standards, though be aware that while cars with automatic transmissions are available, manuals are much more common. Scooter rentals are available as well if you know how to ride them, and make for wonderful and memorable excursions! Be prepared for the weather if you do, though. Once transports is sorted out, Tahiti is very easy to travel. A main road runs almost the whole perimeter of the island, and a car drive around the entire island takes no more than a couple hours. Set up a rental, plan a picnic at one of the beaches on the far side of the island, and hit the road!
